I am excited to announce that in 2023 I will be pursuing my passion of teaching!!!
One of my goals in my healthcare career is to help as many people as possible. While one route I have considered is to hire employees to achieve this goal, I have decided to go in a different direction. Through teaching I hope to positively impact licensed massage therapists to help them further increase their results with their clientele and career longevity through fun and engaging classes.
There are 3 modalities I have loved to both give and receive since the early stages of my career: Cupping Therapy, Intraoral Massage, and Functional Neurology work (P-DTR). In the coming years I hope to really delve into teaching Intraoral Massage and Cupping Therapy Courses.
Announced: Cupping for Self-Care Course
The first course I am working on and already have scheduled is a course titled "Cupping For Self Care with Tayler Kurtzman, LMT". The focus on this course will be to teach massage therapist how to use cupping therapy techniques on themselves to further assist with self-care. This will also be a great chance to hone my teaching skills. I will be working with KneadToWork which is a massage education group out of Elements Massage.
Course Details
Objective: This course will help you learn and develop self-care skills utilizing cupping therapy to: Prevent and decrease injurThe focus on this course will be to teach massage therapist how to use cupping therapy techniques on themselves to further level-up-teaching-massage-ce-s-in-2023assist with self-care. This will also be a great chance to hone my teaching skills. I will be working with KneadToWork which is a massage education group out of Elements Massage.

Looking Towards the Future
Further down the road in 2023 I plan to put together a 16hr Intraoral Massage Course which will help LMT's get the required education for the department of health endorsement you need to perform this work in Washington state.
